An election is held each year at the AGM to appoint members to the Executive Committee and Club Committee for the following positions. Each member serves a two-year term before being eligible for re-election. Welfare Officers are appointed by the committee rather than elected. Section Heads are elected by the members of their respective sections, but not at the AGM.
